Christ-Focused families are the foundation of A5 Family Connections.  The mission of A5 Family Connections is to change the fabric of the community, one family at a time.

RAISING CHRISTIAN CHILDREN

A parent’s mission should be to raise Christ-Focused children. In a Christ-Focused family, children are cared for, loved, trained, and empowered.

CHRIST-FOCUSED MOTHERS

The Christ-Focused mother seeks biblical knowledge for every problem in the home. She studies the Scriptures as well as speaking and teaching them to her children. Her children learn by her example of how to apply Christ’s teachings in their everyday lives.

We encourage Mothers to be Christ-Focused through year-long community-based initiatives.

CHRIST-FOCUSED FATHERS

A Christ-Focused father’s first and most significant responsibility is to teach his children what it means to walk with Christ by studying the Scriptures.

A good Christian father makes time for his family and anchors his family in Christ. That anchor is essential because when children learn Christ’s teachings, it puts them in good standing for the decisions they will make in their lives.

In a society that undervalues fatherhood, we encourage Fathers to lead Christ-Focused homes through year-long community-based initiatives. We do this by offering Celebration of Fatherhood events.
